Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as payment is processed. When dispatched, you'll receive a second email with the tracking number.

After order processing, delivery times are:

• Mainland Portugal — 5 to 7 business days
• Islands (Azores and Madeira) — 7 to 10 business days

For mainland Portugal, shipping is free on orders above €90. Below that, the cost is €4.90. Islands (Azores & Madeira): €5.90.

For now, we only ship within Portugal (mainland and islands). We're working on making international shipping available soon.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. We work with CTT, DPD, Correos Express and DHL.

You have 14 days from receipt to return any item in perfect condition, with original tags. To start:

1. Email bruta.streetwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason
2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions (reply within 48h)
3. Send the item in its original or equivalent packaging

Returns are free for mainland Portugal and islands. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

After we receive and inspect the item, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry. Iron at medium temperature. Specific instructions are on the inside label.

Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
